I got my laptop back within one day and the cost was $50 and they even backed up my music for me. Highly recommend these guys if you don't have Apple Care anymore. I had absolutely the best experience with Jack at Fixmac!!!! I told him about my problem through online in an e-mail, and he got back to me within 10 minutes with exact prices on everything. I had a cracked LED screen on my Macbook Pro and a dented casing. I visited Simply Computing and they quoted me $700 for just the screen alone. Then they pressured me into buying a new computer. I called up Jack and he said its an easy repair and only charged me $170 for the LED. The repair was done in a very timely manner and I am very pleased with the end result. I also asked Jack how best to improve the performance of my Mac as it was a few years old. I said
